How To Schedule A Session
I know it is hard to get started. So much of life can get in the way of reaching out for help. If you made it this far, you are aware you need help.
Simply message my private number: 843-504-1057, include your first name and let me know you are ready for help. We will schedule the free 15-minute psycho-educational yoga therapy (PEYT) phone consultation.
During that initial free 15-minute PEYT consult, we can also proceed by scheduling the first one hour ($100) psycho-educational yoga therapy phone session. That is entirely your decision.
Once you decide to schedule the one hour psycho-educational yoga therapy phone session, email the 3 completed Initial Intake documents below to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I will assess how best to meet your needs and work with the issues you present. The psycho-educational yoga therapy documents* also give you a chance to get to know me.

What Happens During The Session
Your PEYT phone hours will include my active listening, compassionate feedback and recommendations for what direction to go and the PEYT tools to apply. The PEYT sessions are a good opportunity to review options based on your needs, desires and preferences. I will get to know you, your struggles and your goals and together we will begin to design, implement and practice the most beneficial psycho-educational yoga therapy treatment plan to get the results you want. Throughout the process, I will invite your feedback about how therapy is going.
What Happens At The End of The Session
I will guide and encourage you to take action based on the PEYT treatment plan discussed. I will strongly support you in practicing the tools, techniques and methods on a daily basis. Your “homework” may be a moments pause, or taking 3 breaths, or going for a short walk — changing behavior, thought and emotional care into a loving, healthy, wholesome lifestyle. Yoga – the union of body, mind and spirit. By the end of the session, you will have a practice unique for your progress and peace in daily life.
